About The Event

Come join us in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico for a fun-filled and community-centered Worldschooling Pop-up January 23-30, 2022.

Ready to connect with other traveling families? Then this is for you! We've planned super casual, budget-friendly gatherings each day for families to meet each other and enjoy the outdoors.

We've cherry-picked the best low- or no-cost local activities but want you to know Cabo offers loads of entertaining possibilities. We'll provide you with additional resources and ideas to tailor your own itinerary while here.

Plan a lot. Don't plan anything. Pop in for a few days or the full week. It's up to you! But we would love to have you come and simply HANG OUT with like-minded families while enjoying the outdoors and local community offerings.

Can't wait to see you in Cabo in the new year!

Our itinerary will include activities such as the following:

*Estuary of San Jose del Cabo

*Museum of Natural History

*Local eateries

*Thursday night Art Walk

*Public Water Taxi trip

*Hike Sierra de la Laguna

*Iglesia de San Lucas

*Town Square and markets

*ALL the beaches!!

Plus options to add on whale-watching, sailing, dolphin cruises and other excursions.

Costs per Family

$50 Early Bird pricing ends 12/1/21

$70 Regular Rate (solo parents receive 25% discount)

LODGING & Neighborhood Recommendations:

The two central areas for our activities will be downtown Cabo near the harbor and Playa Medano. They're an 8-10 min taxi ride apart...30-40 minute walk. Taxis are cheap, $2-3 or so.

The host's family will be staying near Cabo Glorietta Park, just east of the river at Playa Medano. The farther east you go on Playa Medano, the quieter it gets (and more Mexican in feel). Lodging options include vacation rentals (like AirBNB, Booking and VRBO), hotels and resorts ...and glamping.

Note: When we take group trips out of town (like to the estuary) we can catch buses in downtown Cabo.
